The higher your score the lower yourself confidence and energy is likely to be.  Somebody who scores more than 30 is likely to be having a tough time and is clearly unhappy and de-motivated.  Depression and anxiety go hand in hand so it’s likely you have some sort of depression as well.  Someone with a score of 10 or less is going to find it easier to overcome their panic and phobias.
